I checked out rosefarmers.com because I was hoping to find a nice range of rose colors, maybe something a little more interesting than the usual options. But the selection felt limited to me.
Most of what I came across were the basic colors, and when I tried looking for something different, it either wasn’t there or looked like it wasn’t available. Compared to some other flower sites I’ve browsed, it just felt like… I don’t know, less exciting.
If you only need simple roses, it might be totally fine. But I was looking for a specific mix and couldn’t really put it together, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"I really expected faster delivery"
I ordered flowers thinking they’d show up on time, but the delivery ended up taking much longer than I expected. I also didn’t get a clear update, so I was just sitting there wondering when they’d arrive. By the time they finally got there, the moment had already passed a bit. I expected a faster response and smoother delivery.

My first impression when the roses arrived was basically, “That’s it?” They looked okay, not terrible, but for the price I was expecting something a lot more impressive. Once I added in the shipping cost, it really felt like I didn’t get great value. I don’t think I’d order from them again

I really wanted to like this but yeah, the order was kind of a letdown. The flowers just didn’t look how I expected them to, and the whole experience was not that great. For what I paid I thought it would be nicer. I don’t think I’d order from rosefarmers.com again

"Ugh, checkout was way more annoying than it should’ve been"
I was ready to buy, but the checkout process made me want to just close the tab. It kept glitching when I tried to enter my payment info, then my cart refreshed and I had to double-check everything all over again. I was like, seriously? I just wanted to place the order and move on. It eventually went through, but it was way more of a hassle than expected.

The roses looked nice enough, but I was expecting that fresh rose scent and there was barely any fragrance at all. I mean, I opened them up thinking they’d smell amazing, but... yeah, not really. Disappointing, to be honest

I tried ordering roses on my phone, but after a few minutes I started noticing the same pattern: I’d tap something, the page would jump, then I’d have to find my place again. The buttons were really small, the filters didn’t seem to narrow things down properly, and checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. I reloaded twice hoping it would fix itself, but eventually I just gave up. Maybe it’s smoother on a desktop, but on mobile it was frustrating

The flowers themselves were nice, but the box showed up beat up. A few stems were bent, and the wrapping had come loose inside, which was disappointing for the price. Customer service was helpful enough, but the packaging definitely needs some work. Has anyone else had the same issue with their delivery?

I really wanted to like Rose Farmers, and the flowers themselves were perfectly fine. But the subscription side of it got frustrating fast, which kind of ruined the whole experience for me.
I tried to skip a delivery and change the timing, and it felt like I was fighting with yet another automated system that’s supposed to make life easier but somehow does the opposite. I just wanted a simple way to pause or adjust things, not click around forever trying to figure out what would actually happen.
In the end, I cancelled because it didn’t fit my schedule and I didn’t want to keep dealing with a setup that felt so rigid. If I’m paying for convenience, I don’t want to spend extra time wrestling with a subscription portal

The roses themselves looked decent, but most of the stems were really thin and already bent when they arrived. A couple even snapped while I was trying to arrange them, which kind of says enough. I was hoping they’d feel a bit sturdier for the price.

I’m so annoyed. I ordered a specific bunch of roses and what showed up was completely wrong. Not even close to what I picked. It’s frustrating because this was supposed to be a nice gift, and now I’m stuck dealing with the mess.

My flowers showed up damaged, which was disappointing enough, but getting it sorted was even more frustrating. The replacement took a while, and the refund only happened after I kept chasing them. They did reply, but the whole thing felt really impersonal, like there wasn’t an actual person taking ownership of it.

I was really hoping this would go smoothly, and at first I thought maybe it was just a small delay, but no—the flowers ended up arriving two days late. I kept checking for updates, and they weren’t helpful at all. The flowers were okay when they finally showed up, I guess, but the whole delivery experience was really disappointing.

"Looked nice at first, but faded fast"
When the roses first arrived, they actually looked good, so I was hopeful. Delivery went smoothly and the arrangement made a nice first impression, but within a few days that changed.
By the third day, some of the roses were already drooping and a few petals were turning brown. I followed the care card and changed the water, so based on my experience, they just didn’t stay fresh long enough for the price

"Not quite the special gift I expected"
I sent these roses as a gift, it was a bit disappointing. The person who received them didn’t seem all that impressed, and from what they told me, a few of the blooms already looked a little tired. Maybe I had higher expectations because of the price, but I was hoping it would feel more special. Delivery was fine, so that part wasn’t an issue, but overall it just didn’t feel worth what I paid

"Too Much Hassle Getting Help"
The flowers were okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. The frustrating part was trying to get help from customer service. It felt like there were way too many steps just to get a simple answer, and then they took ages to reply. Not really what you want when you actually need help with an order.
